About three years ago, my mother was in the hospital and the doctors did not expect her to live. (She did, to their surprise!). The day after I booked a flight, I was informed that my fare had been canceled and a series of "alternate" fares were offered to me however, none of the alternatives were good since I needed to get to my Mom ASAP. I asked for a refund. I was told, "it will take a few months". I waited 3 months, nothing. Four months, five months, six months - nothing. Then I turned to Moshe Fuld at Just Not Fare. I was reimbursed for the full amount of what I had paid (minus a small percentage which he earned). I was ecstatic and if I should ever run into a problem with airlines in the future - he is the one to whom I would turn.

After our flight to Amsterdam was canceled at the last minute and we had to rebook our tickets at twice the price, we turned to JustNotFare.
