ABOUT US
Shalom!
My name is Moshe Fuld and
I am the CEO of JustNotFare,
A New York attorney and a consummate consumer advocate. Consumer protectionism is my raison d'être!
JustNotFare is a claims company with its main office located in Israel with satellite offices located strategically around the world.
We pursue claims for:
- personal injury sustained on an international flight
- cancelled/delayed (8+hrs) flights to /from Israel; going as far back as four years
- cancelled/delayed (2+hrs) flights to /from the EU; going as far back as four years
We do not provide legal advice in Israel nor do we have Israeli licensed attorneys on staff. Rather, we have made associations with law firms in Israel and around the world that are consulted when a legal issue arises. We predict that in the near future, the U.S. will pass comprehensive laws protecting air travelers (to date they do not exist). We will pursue claims for air travelers in the U.S. as well
why we are different?
- Our clients are important to us, so we ensure their inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Our expertise includes the mastery of Israeli and the European Union’s Aviation Law
- We frequently succeed in cases other companies deemed hopeless.
- We don’t accept ‘no’ from the airline; it just makes us double down on our efforts!
- We aren’t like companies that focus on ‘low hanging fruit’; we fight hard on every case, no matter how difficult
- We never settle claims for cents on the dollar; doing so would reward the airline for their bad behavior and encourage continued bad-faith practices.
- We keep our clients informed of all developments and are always available to address any inquiries.
